A vellum overlay is a loose, single sheet of blank vellum that is cut to the size of your save the date or invitation.

Our gatefold vellum wraps are an elegant way to package your suite for your guests. They can be added on to any save the date and invitation order. We use 30# vellum that provides the perfect amount of sheerness for your invitation suite to peek through.

The inner envelope is where you can enumerate all the invitees, allowing you to politely specify exactly who is invited to your wedding. No addresses are included on the inner envelope.

This listing covers calligraphy services only. Up to 16 words per envelope is included in the listing pricing. Inner envelopes are not included and must be purchased separately here.

Calligraphy Types:

• Pointed pen refers to shaded script written using a traditional calligraphy holder and nib that is dipped in ink.

• Monoline refers to a script written with a marker or pen that has a single, consistent line weight. Monoline lettering is a budget-friendly alternative to pointed pen calligraphy.

Ink Colors: Default color is black. If you'd like custom/metallic ink, please add the custom ink add-on (below) to your cart before checkout.

Quantity: Calligraphy services must be ordered in sets of 25.

Address List: After placing your order, please submit the following guest list template and email to hello@ettiekim.com. You need only to fill out the “Name” column (no addresses). If you are ordering outer envelope addressing too, please add names in a new column entitled “Inner Envelope”.

All of our invitation cards come with coordinating outer envelopes, but if you’d like extra protection for your suite, add an inner envelope. The inner envelope is sized to fit inside your outer envelope and is an easy way to clear up any questions regarding who exactly is invited to the wedding.

This listing can also be used to order envelopes a la carte. If you are ordering envelopes a la carte, please note that shipping is NOT included and will be invoiced separately.

What’s Included: This listing covers edge gilding service. Faux gold leaf will be applied to the edges of your invitations. You can add gilding to just two corners (see photos) or all four.

Pricing covers one piece of your invitation suite (usually the main invitation card). If you’d like edge gilding on all invitation pieces, please purchase for each piece.

Every piece will be unique as the gold leaf is completely hand-done, glued on and brushed one by one.

A custom venue sketch adds a personal touch to your event. All of our sketches are created from scratch by hand then digitized for print. Your sketch can be used on a wide variety of DIY applications, including your wedding website, save the dates, invitations, menus, programs, favors, napkins, thank you cards, and more.

The venue sketch will be in our signature minimal style. You will receive your venue sketch as vector and high-res .png files. A vector file is infinitely scaleable and is perfect for large-scale signage and engraved, letterpressed, or foil-stamped pieces.

Please note: If you ordered the Ophelia invitation card with venue sketch, a custom venue sketch is already included in the purchase price. Please email us at hello@ettiekim.com with your order number, and we will send you the digital files of your sketch.
