Shipping & Processing
Non-custom/semi-custom orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of your order. Domestic orders under 14 oz will ship USPS First Class. Orders over 14 oz will ship USPS Priority Mail with tracking. I currently do not offer international shipping through the shop, but you can contact me separately at email@example.com if you'd like international shipping.
Once an order has shipped, I am no longer responsible for its care and am unable to refund money on a purchase that is lost or damaged while in transit to the buyer.
Refunds & Exchanges
At this time, I only offer exchanges on non-custom, physical products (greeting cards, prints, etc) purchased through the store. If you would like to exchange your item, it must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in original condition. If the item is not return in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds are only available for defective non-custom orders. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number, name of item(s), and what was wrong with your purchase in your email.
*Given the nature of these items, the following items can't be returned or exchanged:
- Custom, semi-custom, or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
I currently do not accept order cancellations. Please contact me as soon as possible after you have placed your order at email@example.com if you have any issues.
