Couple Names

Please write (and proofread) couple's first names as you'd like them to appear on the save-the-date. The ampersand as pictured cannot be customized.

You can have up to 3 lines total of text under your photo. Make sure to put your date and city on separate lines.

Color - All calligraphy and type for the invitation will be in black. For the sake of legibility, I do not offer custom color on the "Florence" save-the-date.

Photos must be high-quality (minimum size 1024 x 768 pixels but the larger the better). Choosing a photo with ample light-colored negative space is recommended. Please note that the photo may be cropped to fit the dimensions of the design.

You can submit your photos in 2 ways: 1. Include a link to the photo you'd like me to use below. Please double check and make sure you've given me (hello@ettiekim.com) access to the file! If you'd like me to choose between multiple photos, please make sure to put those photos in a separate folder and share the entire album with me. I prefer Dropbox but other file sharing services work fine too. 2. If you'd prefer to email me the photo, write "emailed" in place of a link below. Send the photo to hello@ettiekim.com.

Due to the handwritten nature of my work, I do not offer refunds or exchanges on any semi-custom orders. With hand lettering, it is common for there to be variances in the spacing, size, and style of letters. As calligraphy is an art, no two handwritten pieces can be identical. All sales are final. Final semi-custom pieces must be reviewed within 48 hours of delivery. If within 48 hours of delivery, and at my sole discretion, reasonable requests for revision will be considered.

Your purchase is not a work-for-hire and contains proprietary material that is owned by, or licensed to Ettie Kim, LLC. This material may include, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, text, images, audio, videos, data, wallpaper and graphics (including the HTML code used to generate it). You may not use this product, or any part of it, for commercial purposes. Ettie Kim, LLC must authorize use by any party other than you. You may not copy the purchased item nor allow others to copy it. All copyright, trademarks, design rights and other intellectual property (registered and unregistered) shall remain vested in Ettie Kim, LLC.
