Ordering Tips

Not sure how many invitation suites to order? We recommend counting addresses rather than individuals, since invitations are typically mailed to households. Now add 15-20 extra invitations to give yourself room for last minute invites, any you might misplace or damage, and keepsakes to have photographed along with your other day-of details.

In most cases, we can accommodate an extra print run, but a $125 set-up fee will be charged.


  1. Browse the collection and choose the suite that best fits your aesthetic vision.

  2. Upgrade to colored envelopes if you'd like, and add on any embellishments like calligraphy addressing, wax seals, and more.
  3. After you place your order, a proof will be sent to you within 3-5 business days.

  4. One complimentary round of minor revisions is included with your order. Any additional rounds of revisions will incur a fee of $50 per proof, which will be invoiced to you separately and must be paid before your invitations are sent to press.

  5. After you approve your proofs, the invitations will be sent to press. Please allow 2-4 weeks for printing and an additional 1-2 weeks for envelope calligraphy and any other add-ons if applicable. Conditions apply. All orders except samples are shipping via USPS Priority mail.


Paper Options

Deckled Paper ($$)

260 gsm bright white fine Italian stationery with a textured felt finish and deckled edges. Matching blank white trapezoid-flap envelopes included with all save the date, invitation, and reply card orders.

Card Stock ($) 

100 lb bright white card stock with a textured felt finish and straight edges. Acid/lignin-free, archival, FSC-certified, and composed of 100% post-consumer fiber. Matching blank white euro-flap envelopes included with all save the date, invitation, and reply card orders.


Envelope Color Options

Each of our invitation cards, save the dates, and reply cards come with matching blank white envelopes. Deckled paper pieces come with trapezoid-flap envelopes, and card stock pieces come with euro-flap envelopes.

You can upgrade to colored envelopes if you like as an add-on to your suite. Each suite comes with its own selection of specially curated envelope colors.


Printing Options

All of our semi-custom suites are digital flat printed. For letterpress and foil printing, please inquire separately for a custom quote.

Digital design files may be purchased for a portion of the cost of a printed suite. Please inquire separately with the name of the collection you are interested in for a quote.


Ink Colors

The default ink color for all the suites in our collection is dark grey, with the exception of the Beatrice suite which will be printed in black. If you'd like a custom ink color, please include this as a note when you submit your personalization form.


Envelope Addressing FAQS

I added envelope addressing to my order. What are my next steps?

  1. After I receive your order, I will reach out to you with a guest address template for you to fill out and send back to me. I do not accept guest lists in any other format.

  2. Submit your guest addresses in the exact format (titles, punctuation, abbreviations, etc) you'd like them on your envelopes.
  3. Please make sure to proofread and have a second (or third) eye look over your guest list before submission!


What does the listing price cover?

The listed prices cover the service of envelope addressing only and does not include cost of envelopes, invitation assembly, etc.


What's your turnaround time?

Ordering envelope addressing will add 1-2 weeks to the turnaround time of your stationery order. Rush orders are available for an additional fee of $50. Please contact me separately at if you need to rush your order.


What are my ink color options?

Your ink color options are predetermined based on your suite choice. I've personally curated the ink color options to ensure cohesiveness throughout your suite, so ink customization is not available at this time. 


How many envelopes should I order?

I recommend that you order at least 10% more envelopes (& addressing services) than your invitations in case of guest list revisions or additions.


What if I have to make a few last minute changes to the guest list?

Any additions or revisions due to typos (or otherwise) to the guest list will incur a $20 setup fee per round of revisions, in addition to the cost of the calligraphy. The fee will be billed to you through a separate invoice and must be paid before I release the finished envelopes to you. 


Are you able to print addresses on darker envelopes?

I can letter on all envelopes, but address printing is only available on light-colored envelopes.


Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of my work, I do not offer refunds or exchanges on any envelope addressing orders. With hand lettering, it is common for there to be variances in the spacing, size, and style of letters. As calligraphy is an art, no two handwritten pieces can be identical. The same applies to color variances. There will inevitably be slight variations between the colors of the printed product and the color as represented on your display screen. Envelope orders must be reviewed within 48 hours of delivery. If within 48 hours of delivery, and at my sole discretion, reasonable requests for revision will be considered. Any errors made on my end I will happily fix at no charge.
